A Little Scottish Egg


One little bite.

As I wait in Heathrow for Ana to arrive via Madrid, I'm a little famished. Luckily, there's a Mark's & Spencer quick food joint next to the arrivals area. Lots of treats delight the senses and I'm particularly curious about the Honey Roast Wiltshire Ham flavored potato chips. I should have bought a bag.

Instead, I opted for refrigerated frozen goodness in the form of a Scottish Egg. Hard boiled egg, wrapped in seasoned ground pork, battered and deep fried, just the right thing to stave off the weariness of air travel.
