Ahi Poke with Spicy Mayo
There are lots of Hawaiian joints outside of Hawaii, but few are as transcendental as Bruddah's in Gardena. Truth be told, the interior is nothing special and it's kinda like you walked into some average joint in Kalihi, but the food is stellar Hawaiian/Local food.
