I got a letter from the government the other day...
Someone in Hampden must be feeling the pressure - especially since I return home from my trip out west to find an inspection notice taped to the door of project hampden. Something about doing work without a permit and being subject to a $1,000 fine. Considering I've already pained the expense of a "designer", I'm not too pleased about being fined even further.
A quick call to the visiting inspector reveals the complaint and after a short discussion, all is well. No work has been done to the space that requires a permit and our area inspector and I have been in constant communication throughout our process so no problems there and we're still on track.
