It's my birthday today and when it comes to birthday's I'm pretty low-key about mine, preferring to see who remembers than to tell everyone within hearing distance. Another year passes, which is time for a little introspection. Where have I been? Where am I going? Am I on the path that I truly desire?
Today, those thoughts are compounded by recent events which had me pondering all the questions I've spent a lifetime avoiding.
Happily, Anisha remembered my birthday, brought me a couple of gifts and then promptly used one of them. Because she could.
Maybe I am on the path I truly desire.
