Garden Watch

Asian Chile Peppers

Historically speaking, I'm terrible at growing things. If I were a farmer, I'd be screwed. This year I decided to give it a try and grow veggies and herbs in the garden, hence The Garden Watch.

The soil is reclaimed from the backyard and is typical Baltimore City, meaning that it's riddled with stones, shards of glass and whatever miscellany people have discarded over the years. Surprisingly, after a couple of weeks, the plants are growing! We'll see how things progress over the summer.

White Corn, Watermelon and Cucumbers.

Three varieties of tomatoes.

Sage

Thyme

Cilantro

Poblano Pepper

The taste of home grown tomatoes are totally worth the effort! Hmm... herbs, tomatoes... any plans to make cheese?

You're "historically terrible" at growing things and THESE are images of what you've done now?

Inspirational.

I'm currently moving from an apartment to a house with a yard that'll let me do some gardening. Well, ATTEMPT some gardening. This blogpost of yours makes me think I might even succeed.

Huzzah.
